Équité Sri Lanka is an organization operating in Sri Lanka, focusing on human rights, comprehensive sexuality education, sexual health and reproductive health and rights. We collaborate with the Geneva Human Rights Convention and Sri Lankan government stakeholders across 9 provinces and 24 districts.
Our partnerships include the Parliament of Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka Police, Sri Lanka National Hospital, National STD and AIDS Control Programme, Sri Lanka Family Planning Association, Sri Lanka Human Rights Commission, Sri Lanka Prisons Department, State Universities, Family Health Bureau, Health Promotion Bureau, and a consortium of government stakeholders such as the National Institute of Mental Health. Additionally, we work with a network of stakeholders involved in policy and legislative matters in Sri Lanka.

Impart knowledge, develop skills and change attitudes among LGBTIQ persons, women and youth in marginalized settings, in order to elevate their status to be equals in the society by advocacy, research, capacity building and awareness.
