As part of the second phase of the Media Fellowship Program, Equité organized a specialized training program in Jaffna for Tamil-medium media professionals. A total of 20 participants underwent training, after which they submitted proposals for LGBTIQ+ community-related media content. An expert panel carefully reviewed the submissions and selected 10 outstanding proposals, which Equité funded for production in Tamil Medium.

Equité conducted the second phase of the Media Fellowship Program for media professionals specializing in controversial media content. This phase included a comprehensive training program for 20 media professionals, all of whom were required to submit proposals focusing on LGBTIQ+ community-related media content.
