In celebration of Pride Month, we conducted a vibrant and engaging session on workplace inclusivity at LSEG Sri Lanka’s Colombo and Malabe hubs, bringing together nearly 80 enthusiastic participants. The session explored key topics, including SOGIESC (Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression, and Sex Characteristics), relevant legal frameworks, and the vital role of allyship in creating inclusive work environments. It was an empowering, informative, and fun-filled event that sparked meaningful conversations and strengthened the spirit of inclusion and equality.
